I was a tutor at the Drexel Writing Center for 2 years, and greatly enjoyed the satisfaction of helping students improve on their own work. I also worked as a tutor for Varsity Tutors for three years, greatly expanding the number of subjects I worked on. I am proud to say that my students all excelled. Hobbies
I have spent a great deal of time in the outdoors ever since I could walk, fascinated in particular by the environment and biological sciences. I am an avid birder and have traveled around the world observing and photographing wildlife. I also have a heavy appetite for books, and have devoured a wide range of literature, as well as teaching myself a great deal of history. I have always made an attempt to learn outside of class and outside of my discipline to ensure a more well-rounded education.
